This unit is two toned with the bottom piece and a ring around the top being brass finished. Measures 12 x 15. 5 inches. This product is covered with a lacquer finish to resist tarnishing. If this unit is to be used in other than a decorative fashion, the lacquer finish must be removed. Lacquer remover is found at hardware stores and home depot.
